You’ll drive critical initiatives such as monthly business reviews, financial rigor across vertical heads, and commercial strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  business finance and FP&A

  for both FinTech and Ecommerce verticals
• Own end-to-end

  P&L management

  — working with vertical heads to drive unit-level profitability
• Drive

  financial planning, budgeting

  , and forecasting processes
• Lead

  monthly business reviews

  and performance tracking against targets
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic decision-making
• Support implementation and usage of

  business planning tools and ERP systems

  (from a finance user lens, not IT)
• Lead and grow a team of 4–5 business finance professionals

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in

  business finance / FP&A

  roles
• Prior experience in

  FinTech or ecommerce

  companies (NBFCs or traditional banks not preferred)
• Strong exposure to P&L ownership, strategic planning, and cross-functional business partnership
• Hands-on experience with financial modelling, budgeting tools, and ERP systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High comfort working in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
• Educational Background:

  CA

  or

  MBA in Finance

  (CA + MBA preferred)
