Job Description

Business Development Head – Corporate Events | MICE | B2B Sales

Location: Banglore | Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth and revenue targets

Acquire corporate and institutional clients across events, MICE, and medical projects

Expand into new markets (Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, UAE)

Build and manage a Business Development team

Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales

Maintain CRM pipeline and sales reports

Required Skills:

10–15 years in Business Development (Events / MICE / Hospitality / Corporate Sales)

Strong B2B Sales & Client Acquisition skills

Expertise in Negotiation & Deal Closure

Team Leadership & KPI Management

Knowledge of CRM Tools (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot)

Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

Salary: ₹18–35 LPA + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
