Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to build, lead, and scale Cintana’s School Connect Program in India. This role is for someone who has successfully designed and executed school outreach models for education/higher education organizations and can take ownership of building partnerships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities PAN India. 

The Head / Associate Director of School Outreach will be responsible for driving large-scale school engagement, forging institutional partnerships, building long-term trust with school leadership, and creating a robust pipeline of student interest for Cintana’s programs. This is both a strategic and execution-heavy role—ideal for someone who has scaled outreach programs nationally and thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments. 

Qualifications

• Experience:

  8–12+ years in school outreach, institutional partnerships, or higher education business development. Prior experience in

  PAN India or Tier 1 & 2 cities school engagement

  is a must. 

• Proven Track Record:

  Demonstrated success in building, leading, and scaling large-scale school connect programs with measurable outcomes. 

• Leadership:

  Strong team-building skills; capable of hiring, managing, and inspiring a geographically dispersed outreach team. 

• Relationship Builder:

  Exceptional ability to engage with senior school leaders, principals, and counselors with credibility. 

• Strategic & Execution-Oriented:

  Able to design national strategy while being hands-on in execution. 

• Excellent Communication:

  Strong presentation and negotiation skills with school leaders and parents. 

• Startup Mindset:

  Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, entrepreneurial settings; “builder” mentality. 

• Bonus:

  Prior experience in study abroad, pathway programs, or higher education partnerships.
