JOB TITLE : Academic Director_India SUPERVISOR : Chief Academic Officer & Regional Head MISSION & FOCUS : Contribute to the growth, internationalization, academic reputation and global recognition of the ACIs in India, leading the development of the academic strategy of the International Colleges, with special focus on the implementation of the academic initiatives included in the corresponding Joint Strategic Plans. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Growth: work in collaboration with the partners to ensure opportunities for growth by implementing initiatives that attract enrollments, such as program expansion, program differentiation, addressing new markets or niches, developing new delivery modalities, and enhancing marketing initiatives. The development of Global Link programs will be a key aspect of this responsibility. - International programs: lead the process of curriculum development of international programs, mainly dual degrees and accelerated masters with ASU (Global Link Programs), as well as international certificates or any others that can be of interest for the market. - International experiences : work in collaboration with the ACIs to incorporate international elements in the student´s experience, like Global Signature Courses, co-teaching, international master classes, mobility, and any other of interest included in the ASU/Cintana products and services. - Faculty: work in collaboration with the partners to provide faculty with opportunities of professional development and international exposure - Research: work in collaboration with the ACIs to develop solutions oriented research that contributes to the social, economic, cultural and scientific development, and which produces an increasing number of international publications and other forms of recognizable research outcomes.
