Hardware Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer at Immersive Labz, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing Medical Anatomy Study and science Practicals by providing technical support for cutting-edge medical technology. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting repairs - Identifying software and hardware problems with electronics and offering customer education - Coordinating with contract manufacturers and third-party support teams - Handling product hardware installation, including preparing packing lists, packaging, dispatch, delivery, and installation - Conducting field visits for product testing at manufacturing sites and customer locations - Ensuring proper commissioning of systems at customer sites To excel in this role, you should have: - ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Familiarity with electronic device repair, refurbishment, and basic electronic testing equipment usage - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to diagnose and repair electronic systems, identify hardware and software issues - Good computer literacy, including basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Capability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities in a fast-paced setting - Previous experience in Technical Support, field support, or Customer Service roles is preferred - Experience in repairing electronic devices and familiarity with service training procedures and information systems are advantageous Join Immersive Labz and be a part of a team that is shaping the future of medical education through innovative technology.,
