Hardware Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services for laptops and desktop computers. Your tasks will involve diagnosing and fixing hardware issues like motherboard, screen, keyboard, and battery replacements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve software problems such as operating system errors and malware issues. It will be your duty to perform system configurations and updates to ensure optimal performance. Installing, configuring, and upgrading components and software for laptops and desktops will also be a part of your role. Regular preventive maintenance checks will be included in your responsibilities. The work location will require you to be present in person.
