Job Description

We are currently expanding our in-house Engineering team and seeking a proactive and talented Hardware Project Manager to be a part of our team. As a Hardware Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hardware activities within a product program. You will have the chance to collaborate with various teams and play a key role in the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge products that facilitate seamless data transfer, electric charging, and connectivity in the next generation of autonomous and connected vehicles. Your responsibilities will include managing the hardware project in a product program, participating in relevant meetings, negotiating hardware details with stakeholders, defining the scope of work, determining development strategy, providing and following up on hardware requirements, creating project plans, defining build plans and schedules, preparing milestone reviews, conducting milestone reviews, documenting review minutes, approving documents and releases, tracking progress against plans, creating change documentation, following up on issues, and creating lessons learned. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher. Additionally, expertise in hardware architectures and development processes, cross-disciplinary collaboration, system and hardware requirements specification, project management, communication, negotiation skills, and experience in product design and development will be advantageous.
