Hardware Project Manager

Role Overview: As an Engineering Program Manager at Capgemini, you will lead and manage complex development programs across cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programs while ensuring alignment with Cisco's quality and process standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Support teams to define and execute program plans. - Prepare detailed schedules and budgets, and proactively manage them. - Conduct regular program reviews and present accurate status updates to senior management. - Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies for timely and quality delivery. - Ensure adherence to Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes throughout the program lifecycle. - Manage budgets accurately and ensure cost-effective execution. - Operate independently and drive programs with minimal supervision. Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of experience in engineering program management. - Educational background in BE / MTech / PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Science. - Strong experience in managing product development programs (Service provider field experience not applicable). - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs. - Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management skills. - Familiarity with Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes. - Comfortable working onsite (no remote option). - Candidates with up to 1 month notice period are acceptable.
