PLEASE READ ALL THE POINTS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING, IF YOU APPLY WITHOUT PAYING HEED TO THE POINTS BELOW YOUR RESUME WILL BE DISQUALIFIED ALTOGETHER Responsibilities Initial check-up and correspondence for the service duties of primary Data-IT assets including IBM rack servers, IBM storage and network hardware Connect and collaborate remotely with senior engineer who sits at Kolkata Head Office. Regularly connect for correspondence and reporting with Business Relations Manager at Head Office. Be keen on developing IT knowledge-base. Carry on follow up communications with on-site third party client regarding invoice, call reports, AMC requirements and more. Be available for travel in case of emergency on-site support in other locations. Qualifications 5-6 years of server support and management experience specialty in motherboard, memory and internal hard-ware technicalities At least two years of experience with network management Fast and active approach to ensure smooth automation operation for third-party client Experience with working on NDA contracts for third-party clients Mandatory education in computer engineering Regulations We are a flexible organization with an active and understanding team, however, please understand that we take attendance, communication, systematic approach, protocol and curriculum very seriously.
