Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Network Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Hardware Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure. Daily tasks include troubleshooting network issues, optimising network performance, ensuring network security, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing technical support to staff. The role involves working closely with a team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the network systems.

Qualifications

• Skills in troubleshooting network issues and optimising network performance
• Proficiency in installing and configuring hardware and software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

1. Computer Fundamentals (Basic Level)

• Computer Components → CPU, RAM, Storage, Input/Output devices
• Operating System Basics → Windows, macOS
• File System Understanding → NTFS, FAT32, Permissions
• Software Installation & Updates → Drivers, Apps, Patches

2. Networking Basics



 DNS, DHCP, Gateway, → Role & working

 LAN, WAN, MAN → Network types (Basic )

 OSI & TCP/IP Model → 7 Layers & 4 Layers basics

 Wi-Fi & Wired Networks → Configuration & Security &

3. Hardware Knowledge

• Motherboard, CPU, RAM, HDD, SSD basics
• Local Printer & Network Printer configuration & troubleshooting
• BIOS / UEFI settings ka basic knowledge
• PC assemble/disassemble process
• Common hardware failures & fixes & Replacement.

4. Operating System & Software Skills



 Task Manager, Event Viewer, Disk Management

 Windows Update & Troubleshooting tools
