The Hardware Network Engineer will be responsible for overseeing network administration, designing and implementing networks, ensuring network security, and conducting regular troubleshooting. The role involves maintaining network hardware, optimizing network performance, and collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure seamless network operations and support. Qualifications Experience in Network Administration and Network Engineering Proficiency in Network Design and Network Security protocols Strong Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve network-related issues efficiently Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus
