Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Power System Design:

  • Lead the development of power systems, including inverters and converters. Ensure designs meet performance, efficiency, and reliability standards.

Circuit Design:

  • Design and simulate power electronic circuits. Collaborate with hardware and software teams for seamless integration.

Testing & Validation:

  • Develop and execute test plans. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Component Selection & Sourcing:

  • Evaluate and select components based on cost, availability, and performance. Coordinate with vendors to source quality parts.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.

Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to address design challenges and support project execution.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on advancements in power electronics and apply innovative solutions to improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in power electronics design and testing
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation and design tools
  • Strong knowledge of power electronic components and applications
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
