The job involves the following interview rounds: 1st: Personal Interview with HR on Day 1. 2nd: Aptitude Test covering Attention to Detail, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, and Reasoning on Day 1. 3rd: Technical Round with HR Manager on Day 1. 4th: Final round with Head of Department (HOD) on Day 2. Upon selection, you will undergo one week of classroom-based process training followed by an assessment. Successful candidates will proceed to the work floor. The offered salary for this position is 4.8 LPA. During the 2-month training period, candidates will receive half of the salary. The training duration is subject to change. Following the training, there is a 6-month probation period where candidates will receive full salary.
