Sales Executive

The interview process will include the following rounds:

1st: Personal Interview with HR (Day 1).

2nd: Aptitude Test - Attention to Detail, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning (Day 1).

3rd: Technical Round with HR Manager (Day 1).

4th: Final round with HOD (Day 2).

Upon selection, you will undergo one week of classroom-based process training followed by an assessment. Successful candidates will then move on to the floor.

Salary: 6 LPA

Training Period: 2 Months (Candidate will receive half salary during the training period). This is the maximum duration and may be reduced.

Probation Period: 6 Months (Candidate will receive full salary during the probation period).

Note: Rs. 1800/- PF & Rs. 200/- professional tax will be deducted from the full salary.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, and other industry stakeholders.4. Present and promote our services to clients, including our online software and explaining the value proposition and differentiating features of our NVOCC solutions.5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.6. Negotiate rates and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and timely delivery of services to clients.8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and expand business connections.10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the sales manager.
