Overview

: Our growing company is seeking an experienced and resourceful Sales Executive to drive growth and develop new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our products/services.

Duties Responsibilities:

Developing growth strategies and plans. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Having in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Conducting market analysis and strategizing to achieve targets. Researching and planning for prospective projects. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Generating leads/enquiries and expanding the client base. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Arranging meetings understanding customer needs to respond effectively with solutions. Increasing the company's reach, managing key accounts, and negotiating with stakeholders. Creating a pipeline of prospective projects and following up closely with clients. Regularly following up with existing clients for new projects and enquiries. Following up on submitted proposals for updates. Enhancing brand recognition of the company. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams. Following industry trends locally and internationally. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements. Coordinating with management for upcoming projects. Creating and delivering presentations to supervisors and stakeholders. Reporting to the Team Leader and Manager.

Qualifications Skills:

Proven experience in B2B sales. Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals. Experience working with international clients is highly desirable. Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets. Proven track record of lead generation, relationship building, and expanding business opportunities. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
