Roles and Responsibillities

As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in:

• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination).
• Identifying talent through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking platforms.
• Supporting onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases, offer letters, and HR records.
• Contributing to employee engagement activities and startup culture building.
• Supporting operations tasks, ensuring smooth execution of internal processes.
• Collaborating closely with the founder and management to understand hiring requirements.

Eligibilty and Skills

• Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
