Gym/Fitness Instructor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Gym/Fitness Instructor to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness instruction and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Develop and implement engaging fitness programs for guests of all ages and skill levels.
• Conduct group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, and aerobics, ensuring a safe and motivating environment.
• Provide personalized training sessions to guests, focusing on their specific fitness goals.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff members to promote healthy living and wellness among guests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest progress and provide feedback to enhance their fitness journey.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in fitness instruction to continuously improve skills.

• Proven experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of various fitness disciplines, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire guests.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and technology, such as fitness trackers and smart locks.
