Gym/Fitness Instructor

1. Holding valid Certified Personal Trainer course certification
2. Holding valid First Aid/CPR and AED certification3. Inform clients about gym safety and hygiene guidelines4. Evaluate client’s fitness levels and health conditions - Assessment5. Evaluating customer’s physical needs6. Advise clients about important safety concerns and demonstrate exercises or maneuvers as needed7. Assigning appropriate exercise activities workout card updated in Mobile App8. Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment - Orientation9. Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed10. Track customer’s fitness progress by repeating the assessments every 30 to 45 days11. Lead both individual and group training sessions12. Research on new exercise techniques and trends – follow the trend13. Promote the gym’s fitness packages and plans – upgrade to P.T / Nutrition14. Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies15. Build a positive and trusting relationship with customers16. Advise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed17. 100% Adherence to company Standard Operating Procedure [SOP]18. Mission - 100% customer satisfaction19. Reporting to Fitness Manager / Club Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Personal training: 1 year (Required)
