We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Gym Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional member experience, and manage the overall performance of our fitness facility. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, organized, and capable of motivating both staff and members.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day gym operations
Manage and supervise trainers, front desk staff, and housekeeping team
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
Handle membership inquiries, sales targets, and customer service
Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and member engagement programs
Monitor equipment condition and coordinate repairs/maintenance
Maintain accurate records: attendance, sales reports, inventory, staff schedules
Resolve member issues and ensure smooth workflow
Ensure compliance with gym policies and health & safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years experience in fitness or management roles
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving
Basic knowledge of fitness training and gym equipment
Experience in sales and team management is a plus
Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, POS systems)

Pay: ₹15,695.07 - ₹31,451.29 per month
