Job Title: Gym Sales & Membership Executive / Sales Manager Location: [ workout villa gym ] Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1–3 years in sales, fitness industry preferred Salary: Fixed + Incentives About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our fitness center. The person will be responsible for driving gym memberships, managing collections, retaining existing members, and building a positive member experience to help the gym grow. Key Responsibilities: Sales & New Memberships: Promote gym memberships through walk-ins, calls, social media, and referrals. Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert them into paying members. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Member Retention & Service: Maintain strong relationships with current members. Address member concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels. Run renewal campaigns to retain existing members. Collection Management: Ensure timely collection of membership fees and dues. Maintain accurate payment and collection records. Coordinate with the gym manager/owner on outstanding payments. Marketing & Promotion: Support local marketing activities such as fitness events, open houses, and social media promotions. Work with management to create membership offers and referral programs. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or gym membership sales . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Positive, energetic attitude with passion for fitness. Ability to work towards targets and deadlines. Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
