About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our fitness center. The person will be responsible for driving gym memberships, managing collections, retaining existing members, and building a positive member experience to help the gym grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & New Memberships:
• Promote gym memberships through walk-ins, calls, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert them into paying members.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Member Retention & Service:
• Maintain strong relationships with current members.
• Address member concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Run renewal campaigns to retain existing members.
• Collection Management:
• Ensure timely collection of membership fees and dues.
• Maintain accurate payment and collection records.
• Coordinate with the gym manager/owner on outstanding payments.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Support local marketing activities such as fitness events, open houses, and social media promotions.
• Work with management to create membership offers and referral programs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or gym membership sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with passion for fitness.
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
