Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage user accounts, groups, and domain settings via GWS Admin Console.
Monitor system health, enforce security policies (2FA, SSO, DLP), and audit usage.
Respond to and resolve support tickets via platforms like ServiceNow.
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Collaborate on governance, compliance, and new feature enablement.
Provide training, demos, and best-practices advice to end-users.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency with GWS Admin Console and core services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet).
Experience configuring security, permissions, and group-based access.
Familiarity with directory sync tools (e.g., GCDS), service accounts, and API integration.
Strong communication and customer support skills.
Qualified with at least a Bachelor s degree; GWS certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with migration (e.g. M365 GWS).
Knowledge of scripting tools like Google Apps Script.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and reporting/monitoring techniques.
