Key Responsibilities:


  • NICE CXone


  • agent profiles, skills, campaigns, HOOPs (Hours of Operation), and workflows


  • call flows, routing strategies, and IVR scripts



  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to NICE CXone.



  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and deployment of CXone solutions.



  • Maintain and document configurations, processes, and best practices.


  • technical support and training



  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 5 12 years


  • agent configuration, skill management, campaigns, workflows, and HOOP setup


  • call routing, scripting, and integration


  • contact center operations and KPIs



  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.



  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
