Guidewire Testing Engineer (BillingCenter) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Chennai, Pune, Mumbai Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Testing Engineer with in-depth expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in testing Guidewire applications and a strong background in test planning, automation, and execution for BillingCenter modules. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Guidewire implementations through comprehensive test coverage, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents related to Guidewire BillingCenter. Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios for BillingCenter modules (Billing Transactions, Payment Processing, Account Management, Integration Testing, etc.). Conduct Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and End-to-End Testing for BillingCenter. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects. Implement and maintain automation scripts for BillingCenter testing using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, SOAP UI, or any Guidewire-recommended frameworks. Perform API testing for BillingCenter integrations. Validate data migrations and data integrity related to BillingCenter. Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Document and track defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar. Provide status reporting and test metrics to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Guidewire Testing, with specific experience in BillingCenter (mandatory). Strong understanding of Guidewire BillingCenter architecture, modules, and workflows. Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, etc.). Hands-on experience in API testing (REST, SOAP). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in working with onshore/offshore teams and in a collaborative environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Show more Show less
