Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and walk-ins at the site office in a professional manner.
  • Maintain an updated record of client visits, enquiries, and meetings.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handling of walk-in customers.
  • Provide information about projects, amenities, and direct queries to the right sales personnel.
  • Assist in organizing site visits, events, and client engagement activities.
  • Ensure the front office/reception area is well maintained and presentable at all times.
  • Handle telephone/email enquiries and schedule client appointments.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, communication, and client service.
  • Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–4 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations (real estate/hospitality background preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasing personality with a professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools will be an advantage.
