Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager/Executive to manage customer relationships, handle sales, and ensure seamless coordination with various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining customer records and updating details in the system. 2. Handling customer queries, complaints, and issues related to projects, possession, demand, receipt, allotment, etc. 3. Managing new bookings, receipt entries, allotment letters, and other documentation. 4. Coordinating with sales teams, brokers, and other departments (Marketing, Finance, and Projects). 5. Generating demands, receipts, welcome letters, and receiving booking forms. 6. Preparing and coordinating Builder Buyer Agreements and registry documentation. 7.
