Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager/Executive to manage customer relationships, handle sales, and ensure seamless coordination with various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining customer records and updating details in the system.

2. Handling customer queries, complaints, and issues related to projects, possession, demand, receipt, allotment, etc.

3. Managing new bookings, receipt entries, allotment letters, and other documentation.

4. Coordinating with sales teams, brokers, and other departments (Marketing, Finance, and Projects).

5. Generating demands, receipts, welcome letters, and receiving booking forms.

6. Preparing and coordinating Builder Buyer Agreements and registry documentation.

7. Interacting with clients, sorting out issues, and responding to queries.

8. Focusing on payment collection, follow-up, and recovery.

9. Coordinating with banks for loan disbursement and processing internal approvals.

10. Managing CRM profiles and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer relationship management, sales, and coordination.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various departments.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
