Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Kurla. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Additional duties include coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, maintaining records of guest interactions, and providing administrative support to the management team.

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
