Job Description: Handling HNI customers and maintaining good relationship with them to improve the sales. Enhances customer experience by overseeing all Guest Relations activities, ensuring every customer receives a consistent and high-quality store experience. Leads and develops the GR team, managing operations, performance, grooming, training, and overall service quality. Supports sales functions through customer profiling, data monitoring, event coordination, and assisting in store promotions and exhibitions. Maintains store ambience and SOP compliance, ensuring visual merchandising standards and operational procedures are followed. Analyses customer service feedback and prepares reports to drive continuous improvement and support business growth.
