Role Overview: As a Guest Relations Executive at Matria Hospital, your main responsibility is to manage guest relations and ensure a high level of customer service at the birthing boutique center in Calicut. You will be located in Kozhikode and will handle receptionist duties while supporting sales activities. Your role involves greeting and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, managing appointments, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
