Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) – Real Estate Project Location: Balewadi, Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply) Industry: Real Estate / Property Development Reports to: Sales Manager / CRM Head Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to be the face of our prestigious real estate project in Balewadi, Pune. The GRE will play a crucial role in delivering a superior customer experience, managing walk-in clients, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome walk-in customers, brokers, and VIP guests at the project site. Maintain an accurate record of client visits, feedback, and inquiries. Assist the sales team by preparing client folders, brochures, and basic documentation. Handle incoming calls and respond to emails and WhatsApp inquiries professionally. Maintain the front office/reception area with a high level of presentation and hospitality. Follow up with clients post-visit for feedback and next steps. Support in organizing client events, walk-throughs, and festive campaigns on-site Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable with a customer-centric attitude Basic knowledge of real estate and residential projects Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management, Business, or Communications preferred) Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or front office roles is an advantage Show more Show less
