As a Guest Relation Executive at Lohono Stays, your role involves ensuring personalized and exceptional hospitality experiences for discerning travelers. You will be located in Alibaug, part of a premium luxury vacation rental brand that offers curated private homes and villas in sought-after destinations such as Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala, Khandala, Coonoor, and the Maldives. Key Responsibilities: - Review arrival lists and ensure personalized guest welcome. - Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs), resolving their queries and ensuring satisfaction. - Assist in preparing welcome kits (e.g., room service menus, local area information). - Provide guests with information about amenities, venues, and services. - Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs proactively. - Assist with guest tasks like confirming travel arrangements or managing special requests. - Address and resolve guest complaints professionally; escalate complex issues when necessary. - Maintain accurate records in the guest logbook. - Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and service quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in hospitality or guest relations roles is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized experiences. - Knowledge of local attractions and amenities. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach towards problem-solving.
