Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1.Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers visiting the store. 2.Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 3.Assist customers in trying on and selecting jewellery pieces, offering expert advice and personalized service. 4.Monitor guest feedback through reviews and surveys; collect and analyze this data to suggest improvements. 5.Deliver timely information about discounts, special offers, and events to customers via WhatsApp and other communication channels. 6.Help in the distribution of event-related gifts to eligible customers to enhance customer loyalty. 7.Participate in jewellery exhibitions and represent the store professionally. 8.Record walk-in customer details accurately for future marketing and service follow-up. 9.Collect customer feedback actively and contribute to the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports. 10.Manage social media client interactions by responding to their inquiries professionally and promptly. 11.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to support promotional strategies and customer engagement initiatives
