Job Title:

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the sales office in a professional and warm manner.
Coordinate guest appointments and manage the front desk area with high standards.
Understand client requirements and promptly coordinate with the
Sales/CRM teams
.
Answer inbound calls, manage inquiries, and route information efficiently.
Maintain visitor records, manage feedback, and ensure timely follow-up.
Ensure upkeep and ambiance of the reception and lounge areas.
Support client engagement activities, events, and customer meetings on-site.
Liaise with housekeeping, admin, and facilities teams for seamless operations.
Provide basic project information to clients before handing over to sales executives.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 - 5 years of experience
in Guest Relations / Front Office (Real Estate or Hospitality preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
Strong client-handling skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Confident, polished appearance with a pleasant and approachable personality.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage high-footfall scenarios effectively.
