Job Description

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
Maintain updated records of guest profiles and preferences.
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
Ensure VIP guests and repeat customers receive special attention and recognition.
Collect guest feedback and report to management for service improvement.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all guests. This role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining high guest satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
