Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

Supervision of Guest Assistance.
Execute all the guest relations activities to achieve maximum guest satisfaction index scores.
Provide training to staff on customer interaction, service standard and communication skills.
Adhering and inspecting the grooming standards of the staff and provide assistance in case if there is any gap.
In coordination with duty manager, chalk out staffing plan on weekly basis.
Generate monthly sales reports and performance reports.
Financial responsibility of Box Office and Candy of the property.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the product and the service standards are delivered.
Escorting the guests at all times.
Preparing report of the feedback forms filled by the customers.
Responsible for Tele reservations and Walk-In reservations.
GRE escorts VIPs and other affluent people to lounge areas and in Audi on their arrival.

Preferred candidate profile:-

1-2 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.

Diploma & Degree in Hotel Management will be an added advantage.
