Job Description

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all guests visiting the site. This role involves welcoming and assisting potential buyers, addressing their queries, and providing a seamless and pleasant experience

Salesforce (SFDC) experience mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome all visitors to the site, ensuring a positive first impression.
Provide detailed information about the property, amenities, and surrounding area to potential buyers.
Conduct site tours for visitors, highlighting key features and benefits of the property.
Address and resolve any customer queries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
Assist customers with necessary paperwork and ensure all documents are completed accurately.
Assist in organizing and managing on-site events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve service quality.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Manage the front desk, maintain visitor logs, and ensure the reception area is neat and presentable.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support their initiatives and provide necessary information.
