Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pushkar for a Guest Relation Executive. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring high levels of hospitality and satisfaction. The Guest Relation Executive will address guest feedback and ensure an exceptional experience. The role also involves coordination with various teams, assisting with concierge services, and promoting resort amenities to enhance customer experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Guest Relations and exceptional Customer Service abilities Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal and professional engagement Experience in Sales to promote resort amenities and up-selling services Capable of performing Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, reservations, and guest requests Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury service sector is a strong advantage Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is preferred
