Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by handling guest queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes for guests, including processing reservations and managing room assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and communication through our PMS system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise during the day.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality excellence at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in front office or related field (front desk, GRE).
  • Strong knowledge of Guest Relationship Management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems (PMS) efficiently.
