Job Description

To create a warm, premium, and professional first point of contact for all walk-in customers at the project sales lounge, ensuring seamless visitor management, exceptional hospitality, and smooth coordination with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Engagement & Front Desk Management

  • Greet all walk-in customers with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Register customer details and update the walk-in sheet/CRM software.
  • Brief customers on amenities, sales lounge process, and wait time.
  • Offer beverages, ensure visitor comfort, and maintain a hospitality experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetic reception and lounge area.

B. Coordination with Sales Team

  • Allocate walk-ins to the assigned sales manager as per roster.
  • Maintain real-time communication regarding customer wait times.
  • Ensure smooth handover of customers to sales advisors.

C. Administrative & Record Keeping

  • Maintain daily visitor log, enquiry forms, and feedback forms.
  • Manage calls, emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure availability of brochures, flyers, inventory sheets, and project displays.

D. Lounge Experience Management

  • Monitor cleanliness, ambience, music, fragrance, lighting, and overall experience.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and pantry teams.
  • Ensure marketing collaterals, digital screens, and samples are properly displayed.

E. Customer Delight Initiatives

  • Assist in event coordination during launch events, festivals, or promotional activities.
  • Take customer feedback and escalate concerns to the CRM/Sales Manager.
  • Provide concierge-style support (parking assistance, guiding to show flat, etc.)

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Presentable with a warm and pleasant personality
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
  • Positive attitude & professionalism

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate (Hospitality/Management preferred)
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in front office, hospitality, aviation, or real estate
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi (additional regional languages preferred)
