Description
As the GTM Lead at our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving growth initiatives in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, verticals, or geographies. Working closely with various teams including product, marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success, you will ensure the successful launch of products and expansion into new markets. Your key responsibilities will include defining and owning the GTM strategy, conducting market research, segmentation, and positioning, and coordinating comprehensive launch plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, campaigns, and customer journeys. Acting as a central point of contact, you will oversee major GTM initiatives and drive revenue growth through sales enablement, pipeline development, and lead generation optimization. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, strategy, or sales leadership, preferably within B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments. A proven track record of launching successful products in the US market, exceptional project management skills, and strong analytical abilities are essential. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong is highly desirable. While not mandatory, experience in a startup or high-growth environment, a background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or an MBA would be advantageous. Keeping abreast of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics will be crucial to your success in this role, as you will be expected to provide actionable insights to drive product and marketing decisions.,
