Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the operations team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 21 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the medical services or hospital industry.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
