We’re a fast-growing team focused on scaling innovative DTC brands through performance-driven digital strategies. Our mission is to create explosive, measurable growth by blending creativity, analytics, and cutting-edge marketing.


Role Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of growth initiatives across digital channels. You will work directly with the founder, creative team, and media buyers to identify growth opportunities, scale revenue, and improve retention across the customer journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the growth roadmap for one or more DTC brands.
  • Analyse key metrics across paid media, email/SMS, landing pages, and CRO to identify scalable levers.
  • Collaborate with creatives, media buyers, and developers to build and execute high-performing campaigns.
  • Design and test growth experiments across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to build funnels, bundles, and offers that increase LTV and AOV.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure messaging and targeting consistency across channels (Meta, Google, Email, Website, etc).
  • Report performance insights with clarity and provide strategic recommendations.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in DTC, growth marketing, or strategy roles.
  • Proven experience scaling DTC brands with $1M+ in revenue.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, creative testing, landing page optimization, and retention.
  • Analytical thinker with experience using tools like GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Able to think big-picture while executing details.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, data-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with influencer, affiliate, or UGC marketing.
