Now, we’re looking for an Organic Marketing Specialist who can own organic performance end-to-end with an edge in leveraging AI tools and automation for faster, smarter execution. Your Mission Lead our organic SEO strategy with a bias for growth, innovation, and speed. Use traditional SEO fundamentals, but bring modern, AI-powered tactics to the table—from rapid content generation to entity-based optimization, search intent modelling, and programmatic SEO. Key Responsibilities Build and scale an AI-augmented SEO strategy across site structure, content, and backlinks Own technical SEO: page speed, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, indexing Use tools like ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, Frase, or similar to speed up content workflows Plan, brief, and deploy long-form content, programmatic landing pages, and AI-generated clusters Collaborate with dev/UX on internal linking, mobile experience, and E-E-A-T Integrate search intent + first-party data into keyword selection and optimization Use entity-based SEO and semantic optimization to future-proof content Track and analyze performance using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and other tools Oversee ethical, white-hat link-building and PR strategies (digital + influencer) Stay ahead of AI/SEO algorithm changes and test new formats, like voice search & SERP features Requirements 3–6 years in SEO (preferably DTC, eComm, or media-heavy brands) Experience with Shopify, Headless CMS, or custom DTC tech stacks Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to run audits + implementation Deep familiarity with AI SEO tools, large language models, and workflow Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and increasing revenue through SEO Ability to write/edit or quality-check content at scale with human + AI workflows Strategic thinking + tactical execution (you’re both planner and doer) Bonus Skills Experience with programmatic SEO, schema mapping, or custom page builders Experience integrating organic and paid search strategies Prior work with eCommerce analytics stacks (GTM, GA4, Attribution, CRO tools) What You’ll Love Ownership of one of the most scalable growth channels in our DTC business A team that values experimentation, performance, and speed over perfection Tools and budget to build your own AI-powered SEO ecosystem Fast-track growth Show more Show less
