We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sr. Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion efforts and drive significant revenue growth. You will be a key leader in our commercial team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure high-value clients and forge impactful strategic partnerships. This role requires a hunter mentality combined with a strategist’s vision. You will own the entire sales cycle for our most critical accounts, navigate complex negotiations, and build relationships with top level executives and government officials to establish Billeasy as a leader in the fintech space.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives. 
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape. 
  • Identify, structure, and negotiate complex, high-impact partnerships with key players in the retail and Government transit ecosystems.
  • Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with top level executives and key decision-makers at target companies. 
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the business development team, setting a standard for excellence and fostering their professional growth. 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to the senior leadership team.
  • Represent Billeasy at key industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance our brand visibility and generate opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Must have experience owning the full sales cycle for enterprise-level clients and strategic partners, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and closing.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, structure, and negotiate complex, high-impact partnerships, particularly with key players in the retail and Government transit ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets and expand market presence.
  • A strong track record of building and cultivating long-lasting relationships with top-level executives (C-suite) and key decision-makers, including government officials.
  • Possess a "hunter mentality" combined with a strategist's vision for driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior members of a business development or sales team.
  • Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to the senior leadership team.
  • Experience representing a company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Must be able to collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to provide market feedback and help shape go-to-market strategies.
