Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Growth Officer located in Bihar. The Growth Officer will lead efforts in market research, business development, and sales to identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting project management initiatives, gathering and analyzing market data, formulating strategic plans, and collaborating cross-functionally within the organization to achieve growth objectives.
