Role Description

We are seeking a Growth Officer for a full-time, on-site role at our Delhi, India office. The Growth Officer will focus on driving sales growth, building business development strategies, coordinating with digital agencies and freelancers for marketing activities. Identify new opportunities, and managing projects to achieve company objectives. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to foster customer relationships and support strategic initiatives that contribute to the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development expertise to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders and build long-term relationships
• Experience in project management with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently
• Skilled in conducting detailed market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Proactive problem-solving ability and a results-driven approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and related tools is preferred
• Previous experience in the food, agriculture, or FMCG industry is a plus
