Role Overview We’re looking for a high-performing, empathetic, and persuasive Business Development Executive to drive sales conversions for our premium B2C nutrition programs. You’ll handle leads from interested users and take them through a consultative sales journey — understanding their health goals, educating them about Niwi’s approach, and closing with conviction. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Conversion & Sales Handle and convert qualified inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, ads, and social media or cold calling Understand the customer’s health needs, pain points, and lifestyle context Pitch Niwi’s personalized nutrition programs convincingly and with empathy Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets (revenue and conversions) 2. Consultative Sales Approach Conduct discovery calls and WhatsApp-based sales conversations Build trust and rapport with Indian women users — often dealing with self-esteem and hormonal challenges Position Niwi as a science-backed and habit-first solution, not a crash diet 3. Role Overview The Growth Officer will be responsible for driving Niwi’s growth engine end-to-end: from digital acquisition and funnel automation to channel partnerships, sales team leadership, CRM and integrations, affiliate programmes and KPI setting. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy and execution blend. The successful candidate will build and lead the growth team, optimise processes, set and manage KPIs and work closely with marketing, sales, product and operations to scale rapidly. This role combines strategy, execution, and team leadership. You will run performance marketing, design automated WhatsApp workflows, build revenue focused funnels, manage sales teams, and expand Niwi through channel and affiliate partnerships. Your KPIs will focus on lowering CAC, increasing conversions, and scaling monthly revenue. Key Responsibilities 1) Digital Marketing Leadership • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, SEO, and email. • Improve funnel performance, landing pages, ad creatives, and lead nurture flows. • Track and optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates. 2) WhatsApp Automation and CRM Ownership • Build, automate, and optimize WhatsApp journeys using Interakt or similar tools. • Create multi step nurture workflows, retargeting flows, and abandoned lead flows. • Own the entire CRM ecosystem including integrations, lead routing, reporting, and dashboards. 3) Funnel Building and Conversion Optimization • Create full stack sales funnels from ad to booking to sale. • Test and refine messages, hooks, CTAs, and retargeting sequences. • Improve conversion at every stage from cold lead to paying customer. 4) Partnerships and Collaborations • Build and manage brand collaborations with skincare, wellness, fitness and lifestyle brands. • Create and run affiliate and influencer partnership programs. • Identify high value channel partners including clinics, gyms, communities, and women focused networks. 5) Sales Leadership • Manage the sales team and ensure weekly and monthly targets are met. • Design scripts, objection handling flows, and follow up systems. • Set KPIs for sales executives and ensure training, accountability, and performance monitoring. • Lead and manage the sales & marketing team: hiring, training, setting targets, monitoring performance, running weekly/monthly reviews. 6) Marketing Team Management • Lead the marketing and content team on campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives. • Assign responsibilities, review performance, and ensure smooth execution. • Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and user experience across all channels. • Manage budget for digital marketing, partnerships and channel programmes; forecast revenue, track ROI and adjust strategy accordingly. 7) Data, Reporting, and Strategy • Build dashboards for marketing and sales performance. • Analyse patterns in lead quality, conversions, and revenue to improve strategy.
