Role Overview

high-performing, empathetic, and persuasive Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities


1.

Lead Conversion & Sales

  • Handle and convert qualified inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, ads, and social media or cold calling
  • Understand the customer’s health needs, pain points, and lifestyle context
  • Pitch Niwi’s personalized nutrition programs convincingly and with empathy
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets (revenue and conversions)
2.

Consultative Sales Approach

  • Conduct discovery calls and WhatsApp-based sales conversations
  • Build trust and rapport with Indian women users — often dealing with self-esteem and hormonal challenges
  • Position Niwi as a science-backed and habit-first solution, not a crash diet
3.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM and internal sheets
  • Follow up consistently with high-intent leads using structured cadences
  • Share user insights, objections, and feedback with marketing and product teams
4.

Process & Growth Hacking

  • Identify drop-offs in the conversion funnel and suggest solutions
  • Test different pitch scripts and engagement tactics
  • Help refine the sales playbook for different user segments

What We’re Looking For


Must-Haves

  • 2–4 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in healthtech, edtech, or wellness)
  • Fluent in

    English and Hindi

    (spoken and written)
  • Experience selling

    premium/high-ticket services

    (Rs. 5,000+)
  • Strong listening skills and a

    consultative, empathetic sales approach

  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone, video-based communication
  • Growth mindset and comfort with targets

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to working with women-centric brands or wellness categories
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Hubspot, or Freshsales
  • Understanding of Indian consumer behavior, especially women aged 30–60
  • Experience with voice notes, video messages, and storytelling formats
