Job Description

Role Overview

The Growth Head will lead the organisations end-to-end growth charter, driving business expansion through data-led strategies, performance optimisation, and customer lifecycle management. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, responsible for anchoring revenue, profitability, and long-term sustainable growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth Strategy

  • Define and implement a comprehensive growth roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
  • Identify and prioritise high-impact growth levers across product, category, marketing, and digital channels.
  • Own revenue targets, CAC efficiency, LTV improvement, and overall business profitability.

2. Performance Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Oversee acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, affiliates, influencers, and emerging channels.
  • Optimise ROI through disciplined budget allocation, campaign testing, and funnel optimisation.
  • Ensure strong performance hygiene, including ROAS, conversion lift, and cost control.

3. Customer Lifecycle & Retention

  • Build and advance CRM strategies across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and loyalty programs.
  • Improve repeat rate, customer stickiness, and lifetime value through personalised journeys.
  • Leverage segmentation and cohort analysis to drive retention-led growth.

4. Product, Website & CRO

  • Partner with tech, product, and design teams to enhance the website’s user experience.
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing, funnel deep-dives, and UX iterations.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end user flow across discovery, consideration, checkout, and repeat purchase.

5. Data, Insights & Experimentation

  • Build a performance insights framework with dashboards, KPIs, and real-time analytics.
  • Run structured experiments to test new channels, offerings, and growth loops.
  • Use data to guide decision-making and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing growth and performance team.
  • Work closely with category, merchandising, operations, supply chain, and brand marketing.
  • Present growth plans, performance insights, and business recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in Growth, Digital, Strategy, or D2C/e-commerce leadership roles.
  • Proven experience scaling a high-growth consumer brand (fashion or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong command over analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Excel) and performance platforms.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, retention metrics, funnel optimisation, and attribution.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional execution skills.
